We had a great time at Benjamin's final pinewood derby. The whole family was there to cheer him on!

Julia is having a great birthday!

Swimming got better!

So Zach decided that he liked swimming lessons better from the sidelines!

Redo to the start of summer!

Well we started off with swimming lessons. All went well until Zach went to get in the water. And then the screaming started. With his eyes closed the whole time.

After swimming lessons we came home had lunch. Then while I was working on getting the next activity together (chore charts). Julia came in. I think that we are in need of a redo!

Aubrey does look a little excited in the picture. I think it is because she did not do the cutting THIS time!

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches...

Yesterday was a cold and windy day.  After I picked Julia and Zachary up from school I said, "Let's go home and have GRILLED cheese sandwiches."  Julia started cheering and Zachary kind of started to cry.  So I asked him what was the matter.  

"I don't want a GIRL cheese sandwich. I want a BOY cheese sandwich!"

After I explained that the sandwiches did not have a gender all was well!

You better get in bed...

Claire: That's okay.  We have lots of presents down there.

Me: Okay then I will start taking those presents away!

Fast Sunday...

Benjamin:  Will you make pancakes for breakfast?
Me: No, it is Fast Sunday.
Benjamin: Oh, I know what you are talking about.  It is when we only go to church for a little while.
Me: No, it is when we do not eat and then give the money we would have use to eat to those in need.
Benjamin: That is not FAST.

After signing Aubrey's homework she exclaimed, "What is that?" Cursive I stated. Aubrey - Oh, they only let us write in English at school.
